Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times by Region
- Cairo & Giza: 24–48 hours
- Delta & Canal: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria & Coast: 2–3 business days
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days
Shipping Fees
- Cairo & Giza — 70 EGP
- Delta & Canal — 85 EGP
- Alexandria & Coast — 80 EGP
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea — 95 EGP
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all governorates of Egypt. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional fee.
Failed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you after 2 attempts, the order will be returned and additional shipping fees will apply on re-shipment.

وقت تجهيز الطلب
الطلبات بتتجهز خلال يوم عمل واحد. الطلبات اللي بتتعمل في الإجازات بتتجهز ثاني يوم عمل.
مواعيد التوصيل حسب المنطقة
- القاهرة والجيزة: 24–48 ساعة
- الدلتا والقناة: 2–3 أيام عمل
- الإسكندرية والساحل: 2–3 أيام عمل
- الصعيد والبحر الأحمر: 3–5 أيام عمل
رسوم الشحن
- القاهرة والجيزة — 70 جنيه
- الدلتا والقناة — 85 جنيه
- الإسكندرية والساحل — 80 جنيه
- الصعيد والبحر الأحمر — 95 جنيه

إحنا بنوصّل لكل محافظات مصر. للطلبات الدولية، تواصلي معانا مباشرة.
تتبع الطلب
بعد ما الطلب يخرج للشحن، هتوصلك رسالة بمعلومات التتبع علشان تقدري تتابعي طلبك.
عنوان الشحن
لازم تتأكدي من العنوان ورقم التليفون. مش مسؤولين عن الطلبات اللي اتشحنت لعنوان غلط من العميل، وممكن يتطلب رسوم شحن إضافية لو احتجنا نشحن تاني.
