متى يحق لكِ الاسترجاع؟

تقدري ترجّعي المنتج خلال 14 يوم من استلامه في حالة:

  • وجود عيب في المنتج.
  • استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب.
  • وصول المنتج تالف أو منتهي الصلاحية.

شروط الاسترجاع

  • المنتج لازم يكون غير مستخدم وفي تغليفه الأصلي.
  • منتجات العناية بالبشرة المفتوحة لا تُسترجع لأسباب صحية.
  • عمولة الشحن غير مستردة (إلا لو الخطأ من جهتنا).
  • الاسترجاع بيتم على نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-10 أيام عمل.

الاستثناءات (منتجات لا تُسترجع)

  • منتجات العناية الشخصية المفتوحة (سيرومات / كريمات / غسولات / ماسكات).
  • المنتجات اللي عليها تخفيض أو من Sale.
  • بطاقات الهدايا.

When can you return?

You can return the product within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The product is defective.
  • You received a different product than ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged or expired.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened personal care products (serums, creams, cleansers, masks).
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Gift cards.
